Biography

Called to the Bar in 2025, Charlotte practices in Winnipeg and surrounding areas as an associate at WRMG Law. Charlotte practices primarily in immigration law, child protection law, and criminal law. She has appeared as counsel before the Manitoba Provincial Court, and Court of King’s Bench.

In her immigration work, Charlotte has been successful in parental and spousal sponsorships and appeals, Humanitarian and Compassionate Grounds applications, open work permits for vulnerable workers, and other applications. She has secured access orders and set aside permanent orders while representing parents in the child protection system.

Charlotte graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Arts in 2018. She then attended Lakehead University’s Bora Laskin Faculty of Law, where she worked at the university’s immigration law clinic and in labour and tenant law at Lakehead’s community legal clinic, she completed her career placement in labour and employment law at O’Neill’s in Thunder Bay. After graduating with a Juris Doctor in 2024, Charlotte articled with Legal Aid Manitoba at the Child Protection Law Office. Following her call to the bar in 2025, she has practiced as an associate at WRMG Law.
